This is an interesting one: the client had some glass railings that were already installed when she purchased the home, and never really liked the style. When the railings (built and installed by another railing company obviously!) started to fail and a glass panel came loose, she called us.
We always pay attention to the little details, but since this was a home that was lived in, client safety and home cleanliness were top priority to us. We tagged this project as “white glove service”, and because we ordered her railings ahead of time, we were able to remove and dispose the existing railing system and install a replacement system in the same day.
