"how to make a very complex design look simple in the end product"
This one was a master class in how to make a very complex design look simple in the end product. Any time you have stairs, sloped decks, and oversize posts (not to mention some privacy panels), the biggest challenge is to keep the finished product from looking “busy”. This is where the design team really earn their pay. There were two consultation visits with the architect and homeowners before any final measurements were even taken, then two measure trips to make sure our CAD drawings were accurate.

As always, the finished product looks amazing, but this one has a special place in my heart because I know –and was a part of- how much work went into the design.
Railing Style: Picket with oversize post and privacy glass
Powder-Coat Color: Black
