A lot of work went into this one. We started by removing the old railing system and cedar shake fascia. We replaced the fascia with cedar, and cut relief cuts into the back of the boards across the radius decks to achieve the true radius bend.
Once the top rail was bent, we brought it out to the site to achieve the perfect radius and to line up the posts, then brought it all back to our shop for fabrication. Back out to the site for one final fit, then we did the finishing and powder-coat prior to final install.
