Supply and install black, powder-coated aluminum: 1.Front Entries: Stainless Steel Landings and Stair Guardrail plus Grab/Handrail. 2. Upper Rear Decks: Perforated Deck Guardrails. 3.Lower Rear Decks: Stainless Steel Landings and Stair Guardrail plus Grab/Handrail. Limited structural framing was the most difficult part of this project to navigate. Working with our engineering partners at L120 we were able to provide a safe solution without requiring reframing of existing decks.
