Every project we do is unique and has challenges, and this one was no exception! The front stairs had been formed but not poured when we came out to measure, but due to a tight timeline, we had to design and CAD drawings without a finished surface.

Fortunately, we do all our fabrication and powder-coat here at our shop, so we were able to build the product concurrent to the concrete steps being poured and the concrete cap being installed, so by the time that was complete, we could come out and dry-fit the unfinished aluminum railings to make sure they fit. We brought them back to our shop, made some minor adjustments so they fit perfectly, then finished and powder-coated them. Viola, perfect install!
