Project summary: 4-story, 85-room luxury hotel located in Suquamish, WA.

Deck rail: Tudor brown, Orca square top, standard picket railing system with 3" pyramid cap posts, double-posted; fascia-mounted into wood decks using lag bolts.

Stair rail: 42"-tall standard picket rail on stairs with intermediary 36"-tall pipe rail on both sides of stairs to satisfy IBC code requirements.

Pool rail: 72"-tall standard glass rail with 2.5"-pyramid cap posts; top mounted into concrete slab using concrete anchors. Included in pool rail were two self-closing gates.
